It's just jokes. Even though your breath smells like spam.

SPEAKER_05

More dirt. No!

SPEAKER_03

Oh my god. Is there anything you guys don't want to be talked about? You know?

SPEAKER_02

Of course, kids. Kids is out of it. Is there anything else? X's. Uh yeah. Sexuality. Pronouns.

SPEAKER_07

Already that battle has even started.

SPEAKER_03

Oh man, you're you're uh you're you're awakening the base. I see it. I see I see Kessa waking up now. Okay, what about the yep? No, wait, wait, wait. Alright. Let me put my own rules in there.

SPEAKER_05

Come on, let me let me stretch out my throat.

SPEAKER_04

Hey.

SPEAKER_01

Hold on, wait a way.

SPEAKER_07

Okay, okay.

SPEAKER_01

So who wait, did you really want archives? Oh, you want a pie to the face?

SPEAKER_05

So you want to get cream?

SPEAKER_01

Banana? Nay. This is a bad we're bad elves. This is a bad brook. Hey, by the time we're done, the car should not be overheated.

SPEAKER_04

I should be overheated.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_03

Oh man, but we want to welcome you guys to the podcast. We're around the campfire. The first battle is going down. You guys made that intro right there. We got Mr.

SPEAKER_02

Steel Your Girl, the cool uncle. We got Shells in the building. What's up, Shells?

SPEAKER_05

What's going on?

SPEAKER_02

Man, and we got the one and only Auntie Slayer. So she's at Dino's every Friday. I haven't been to Dino's yet. Nancy with your ex waiting for your man's outside the restroom.

SPEAKER_04

We got Kessa. What's up, Kessa? Did I get myself into?

SPEAKER_02

So the rules for the battle is um we are gonna go uh we're gonna do rock, paper, scissors. Loser goes first. Hold on. And then uh we're gonna losers go first. Losers go first. I think somebody already lost the first zero. Hold on.

SPEAKER_01

Oh wait, wait, because it was 1-0 and it was almost one-one.

SPEAKER_03

As you guys know, Kessa um she didn't forfeit the first one.

SPEAKER_05

She uh scared.

SPEAKER_01

I was all heartbroken.

SPEAKER_02

She was having some technical difficulties in her natural element. Natural element. She was having some technical difficulties, so she wasn't able to be here. But uh man, we got a lot of people just uh waiting for this, man. Everybody was just um excited about it. Of course, they know Shells, they know Kessa now, so it's gonna be pretty awesome.

SPEAKER_01

Now what is now supposed to be?

SPEAKER_03

Not just a name and a phone number in the stalls now. Yay! The new bear of Blackwater, man. No way, bro. No way. Yeah, man, we've been looking forward to it.

SPEAKER_02

Everybody's been looking forward to it. Everybody's excited for it. But it's going to drop until tomorrow, which is Monday at 4 o'clock a.m. So um this is just a pre-record right now. It is Sunday, funday. And uh just before we get started, man, we're talking about uh Kessa freaking said today was a weird day pre-Bro.

SPEAKER_01

I think it's just uh Gushy in the hills. Yeah, I've got Gushy in the Hills. That's why you don't play yourself. Well, we went on a little hike hike, yeah, and um just thinking about what I wanted to tell Shells.

SPEAKER_05

She was like, I was rehearsing my run.

SPEAKER_01

In nature. No, but yeah, may the winds told me. We need to talk to the creator. No, for real.

SPEAKER_02

I I think why it was a weird day is because you cracked the wrong direction.

SPEAKER_01

Didn't he get up before the sun? Backwards in beauty. No, for real. It was weird as fuck. Like we went on this little hike, whatever. I did like five miles on a bike yesterday. And I totally riffed it into a tree. Scraped out my arm. Yeah, what's the look? Check it out, look.

SPEAKER_02

I don't know, bro. Is that you scrape or is that tattooed?

SPEAKER_07

Yeah! Which one are you looking at?

SPEAKER_01

No, but yeah, it was weird. We went on this little hike, right? And then um just like just like hanging out, and we were putting up signs for like a bike joke. Yeah, and yeah, I don't know, something just came back and it was weird. I think I got gushy for a day.

SPEAKER_02

After that, I felt weird and then whose ex did you piss off this?

SPEAKER_01

I didn't go anywhere. I didn't go anywhere to say we were talking about it.

SPEAKER_02

One uh TikTok influencer that does makeup. Did you uh upset her ex? Let me let me let me ask you. We'll just call her Go Go.

SPEAKER_04

Go go Hey Chelsea.

SPEAKER_01

Chelsea, do you know her? I'm just talking, I'm talking, I'm talking.

SPEAKER_03

It sounds accurate.

SPEAKER_01

It sounds accurate.

SPEAKER_05

99.9%.

SPEAKER_03

Uh lucky enough she doesn't listen to the podcast, so we can make fun of her. Please go.

SPEAKER_01

So if we really had to say her name. Nay! I'm just kidding.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, we'll get it. I'm just kidding.

SPEAKER_02

I just um she's uh she's been around.

SPEAKER_01

Like my gel records.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa! Yes, okay. Let's go. Let's take the battle and you know what?

SPEAKER_02

All right, guys.

SPEAKER_03

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, of all ages.

SPEAKER_02

We got the first ever vote ever, ever, ever uh speed stick.

SPEAKER_01

Hey!

SPEAKER_03

Give me that broom over there! Yay! Alright, so the rules are um first rule, don't talk about roast club.

SPEAKER_01

What the fuck? What year was it? Uh how old are you? Shells?

SPEAKER_05

No. What did I get out of under a rock?

SPEAKER_01

That movie must be as old as Shell's. Yay!

SPEAKER_02

They you should have known it because they play that in the cell.

SPEAKER_01

It was Disney Princess that weekend. It was Disney Princess hour that day. It was all day.

SPEAKER_05

No, don't don't worry, she's late like Bluefield.

SPEAKER_01

What's the difference between Ship Rock and says the one that just lives here around the corner?

SPEAKER_04

Oh bro, the battle started over, man.

SPEAKER_03

So we're gonna uh just just exactly how you guys are going, going back and forth like that, and uh so I gotta do this now, bro.

SPEAKER_05

You gotta do it. Church started, bro.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, six o'clock Bible study.

SPEAKER_02

Oh man, so now we're gonna do is just we're gonna go back and forth, uh just as however long you guys want to go. Um like I said, is there anything off limits that you guys don't want to talk about? You know? Um it's up to you guys, right? So if one of them cries, then uh that's guess it.

SPEAKER_01

Wait, hold on. So, first of all, I think all of it was out there without consent. Nay, you'll be hearing from my lawyer.

SPEAKER_05

Oh this time I heard it on the podcast.

SPEAKER_01

Wait, let me go see what right you're ready for. Hey!

SPEAKER_02

Alright, so so we're gonna play, we're gonna play rock, paper, scissors, and then uh the loser goes first. So uh loser once you um as soon as you lose, we'll give you like 30 seconds or whatever to roast the next person or roast the person in front of you. Uh then after 30 seconds, the second person goes and go back and forth. So um until whenever I guess until somebody gives up.

SPEAKER_01

Cut the show at home. Six o'clock.

SPEAKER_02

I gotta go home.

SPEAKER_01

Hopefully a card's not hot.

SPEAKER_03

All right, you guys ready? Let me find a timer really quick.

SPEAKER_01

Not the timer. I feel like the timer makes you feel sweaty. Like you're like, like that's cool.

SPEAKER_03

It sounds like you had some personal issues with timers.

SPEAKER_01

Not the timers.

SPEAKER_04

Was he always timing it?

SPEAKER_07

Not the time.

SPEAKER_01

Yay! That sounds like a chance. Old timers, no. Somewhat, don't tell everyone. Don't tell everyone.

SPEAKER_02

Let me find a timer really quick. Alright, so alright, let me see. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Okay, okay, okay. So go back, I'm gonna go back, I'm gonna go back, I'm gonna go back, I'm gonna go back. So rock, paper, scissors, rock, paper, scissors, if you guys want to go ahead and start.

SPEAKER_01

How about an arm wrestle? Just not on my right leg. It's all taped up.

SPEAKER_03

It's already trashed.

SPEAKER_01

It's all taped up. Forget it. Wait, huh? What? What is arches now? I don't like arches. You don't like arches? Whoever loses, whoever loses get a pie in the face.

SPEAKER_05

Damn.

SPEAKER_01

SPEAKER_03

If you guys are listening, um, Kesser lyrics. No! Hey, hey, exposed. Drake mode, drink mode. Oh man. Alright, you guys ready?

SPEAKER_01

I have a bad memory. I'm at that age where you guys are at that age.

SPEAKER_03

Alright, you guys ready? Rock, paper, scissors, I'm counting already. This is scary, bro.

SPEAKER_05

I can't even. Rock, paper, scissors. Rock, paper, scissors. You'll lose all your lyrics after you.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, speaking of that, then I'm really gonna. Can we go back and forth?

SPEAKER_05

Uh you can take five minutes if we need to go.

SPEAKER_03

Do you want to go to the restroom and uh and practice? Hold on, let me go. Let me go sitting in the ride and practice.

SPEAKER_04

Do you want to take you all the way back to home back? Yeah. Come on, what ride should be guys, we guys, you ready?

SPEAKER_04

She's nervous, ladies and gentlemen. She's nervous.

SPEAKER_01

SPEAKER_01

She's just knocked out already. I'm getting hot. I'm overheating oh god, open that door. Shit. Are you ready, Kessel?

SPEAKER_02

Whatever, I'm okay. I won't start the timer, alright? And then when you're done, just say done, and then shells will go.

SPEAKER_01

No, it's like the two minute, and then like, what do you think about? I don't know what to say about shells.

SPEAKER_05

Are you having a big thing? Yeah, you don't listen to the podcast. The podcast blueprint. The blob. No, no, I didn't.

SPEAKER_01

Because you rap and stuff, hey.

SPEAKER_05

I hope your jail records don't take this long to process.

SPEAKER_07

Speaking of it actually did take that long.

SPEAKER_05

SPEAKER_07

Yay! It starts the couch!

SPEAKER_01

No, no, I don't want to say that because that's too mean. All right, all right. I'm off. Meanwhile, um, the reason I was in jail, I'm on, I think um Shells wants to be the next reason why. Don't worry, Charles. You look like a marshmallow that's roasting. I didn't want to do this. No, you got ten seconds, you got to take a second. Okay, okay. And and you guys know what else happened? Hey! I'm just kidding, I don't know what else to say. That's too long, I'm sweating now.

SPEAKER_01

Bro, I'm scared, bro.

SPEAKER_05

You know, that was kind of funny. We just think about it. But really, we were laughing at you, guess what?

SPEAKER_07

Oh!

SPEAKER_05

You know, like looking at your phone and reading the lyrics is laughing at that, really.

SPEAKER_01

It's gone now. Fuck. It's not even hey!

SPEAKER_05

And you were talking about the ankle monitor, right?

SPEAKER_01

Fuck! Don't even! Oh! Wait, is it okay? Okay, uh is it beeping?

SPEAKER_05

I'll stop there because I don't want your probation officer to hear about it.

SPEAKER_01

Wait, who even else? Who even said I had one on? Wait, who knows how probation? Hey! Oh no, they know. I think I think Shell's is my officer. Oh my goodness.

SPEAKER_04

Two rounds.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, fuck! Third? I thought this was the end.

SPEAKER_05

Wait, wait, okay, so it's not the end of the podcast, but it's the end of your jokes.

SPEAKER_01

It's the end of your world. It looks like everyone's getting arches, huh?

SPEAKER_03

If you guys want to come join us for some arches, we'll set it up.

SPEAKER_05

Ew!

SPEAKER_03

Yo sick! Kess is coming to Kess's paying for it, so invite everybody. Bring your kids too. Shell's gonna have a bus full.

SPEAKER_01

Oh the time has to start again, all right? God damn it, bro. Hold on, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Oh, okay, okay. And we're being for real, let me think.

SPEAKER_02

30, 45. We'll give you guys a minute. That's a long minute.

SPEAKER_03

All right. There you go. Let's go. Two. Three. Go.

SPEAKER_01

You know what, chat? This is the first time we've seen shells in a long time. He's just up in ghost mode. Oh. No, for real, for real, low key, like not even joking. He's the uncle we never seen. That just up and disappeared. I think last time I seen you was at Dino's. Like three years ago. No, bro. Hey. It's good to see Che. Wait, is Uncle Fuzz? Yeah, baby. Oh my God.

SPEAKER_05

I'm scared, bro. Are you scared? You got ten seconds left. You got ten seconds left. Just read off your phone already.

SPEAKER_07

I don't even have my phone. Ew.

SPEAKER_05

Damn, that's what fuck.

SPEAKER_01

Fuck. You know what? I hate to say this, but.

SPEAKER_03

As long as you read it. As long as As long as everybody had fun.

SPEAKER_01

As long as you have fun and as long as you get home safe.

SPEAKER_05

Ready?

SPEAKER_03

Ready?

SPEAKER_05

Go. Look, hey. You know there's a transit that runs the farming today, right?

SPEAKER_01

What do you say? Wait, what? A transit? Oh my god, bro. Shut it down. Shut it down.

SPEAKER_05

I mean, if you if you hold out a dollar, I think you get picked up faster.

SPEAKER_01

A dollar is hey. I'm more than that. I'm more worse than a dollar. Getting mad. Oh my god.

SPEAKER_05

Oh yes. You want me to stop or you want to be? The reason why I haven't seen you in three years, Jeremy said it wasn't my baby.

SPEAKER_01

Just because his name's Darren doesn't mean it's Darren. Oh my god. Oh my god.

SPEAKER_05

You know what? Your fucking your jokes were as weak as TK's lyrics.

SPEAKER_04

Get up, Greg. Come on, my back.

SPEAKER_03

Come on, you want to keep going.

SPEAKER_01

Oh my gosh. Hey, shells, can you hear me? Nay! I hope you're not falling asleep again.

SPEAKER_05

When you listen to this one, hey I think Mikey has a package of glizzies in his fridge right if you want it.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, I thought you were the glizzy gobbler.

SPEAKER_07

Corn dogs. Nay.

SPEAKER_01

That's crazy. That's crazy. That's the first time I ever did this.

SPEAKER_02

Like a roast battle? Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And I always used to watch like Wild and Out when I was younger. Yeah. Like with my dad. Yeah. That one and Ghost Adventures. You know that? And then it's so cool because like they go back and forth, and then like some of the stuff they say is all crazy, huh?

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Like the stuff Chell said. Take me back to 09.

SPEAKER_02

I guess somebody's watching Wild Nine Out tonight.

SPEAKER_01

I've been watching it. Nay! Just kidding. It's been a while. Oh man.

SPEAKER_03

That was crazy, bro. So is that it? Are you guys good, or you guys want to keep going?

SPEAKER_04

I can keep shooting. Oh it's on what time? Hey.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, it's good.

SPEAKER_05

So how long do they have you on release or kiss us?

SPEAKER_01

Oh, um I gotta get back before nine. Fuck. Or you mean on uh work release? Yay!

unknown

Crazy.

SPEAKER_01

It's just um down your bellies with the table.

SPEAKER_05

She thought I told him I was going down to Maverick.

SPEAKER_01

No. What was that score? And and and uh waterclub W. Right there.

SPEAKER_05

No, there's no truckers there, right?

SPEAKER_01

Little trickers? Hey. Never mind. I don't want to say that so many. Never mind.

SPEAKER_02

So honest question, honest question. Is this um the longest uh you blasted?

SPEAKER_01

Not too fucking Easy Jay, easy there. Well, we know never mind, I'm gonna say that never mind. That looks like a uh hold on, hey.

SPEAKER_05

That's the best five minutes I've ever had.

SPEAKER_01

Five minutes though. I've never seen a long too happy. I told you it was over.

SPEAKER_03

Thank you guys so much, man. That was the first roast battle here on the podcast.

SPEAKER_05

Damn.

SPEAKER_03

If we got any challengers out there to take on shells and anybody, I'm sorry, Kessa.

SPEAKER_05

I'm sorry.

SPEAKER_01

You know what? I should have took the apology from the beginning. No, it was all out of random, and then all of a sudden I heard jail records was like, fuck major criminal on the loose. As long as you just um bail me out, fuck. I don't want to be in there with Disney Princess.

SPEAKER_03

Oh man. That was pretty good, buddy. Yeah, that was a good one. Thank you guys. Good game, Kessa. Good game.

SPEAKER_05

Good game, Kessa. Kessa's mad. Kessa's mad. Kessa's mad. She can't even go anywhere because she's crazy. Oh, she's gonna cry. Yeah!

SPEAKER_07

Oh, she's gonna cry in the crop.

SPEAKER_01

She gets dropped off. Oh my god, bro. Can't Charles can't take me because he has his ankle monitor. Wait, Chay has his crops. You can walk a thousand miles with that.

SPEAKER_05

And I even have to put it put on sport mode to race to roast you.

SPEAKER_01

Damn! It's just all chill and casual. Not even on sport mode.

SPEAKER_05

Not even on sport mode to roast. God damn.

SPEAKER_01

That was too easy, man.

SPEAKER_03

I was thinking about it. So what'd you think? What did you think of it, Kessel?

SPEAKER_02

Like when did you you had two weeks to prepare?

SPEAKER_01

Okay, I had two weeks. I was being lazy.

SPEAKER_05

Bam.

SPEAKER_01

And you normally like when I like like hang out and stuff, you know, like make jokes, right? But it just like happens right there. But like having to like think and say stuff, like I don't like, yeah, like that, or like how like um Chelsea was like, oh, like, you know, just like doing it, you know? Like oh and I'm like, dang, bro.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And then like, but then like if I'm out and about and I'm just like looking like just like when we joke, it's it's I don't know, it just comes out, you know?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think I think that's the that's um that that was my method of always battling. Um you know, before everything started, you know, before being an MC or even a DJ or whatever, that's that's that's where I started with battling. And uh over here at the Boys and Girl Club and Shepard Friday night, Friday night, teen nights, and then they used to have the dances and stuff and mics, and that's where I started battling. Like uh they would give you an opponent, you know, and say, Oh yeah, you gotta week the next Friday you're battling this person and try to say people went home, you know, they they got their stuff ready. I don't know for some reason I couldn't do that. Like I just went into like when I showed up, I just went into battle mode, you know? Freaking just made fun of whatever they were wearing, their style. And it was just always easy. It was always easy like that. I don't know if it's like can't be scared, and that's that's how you're gonna be like.

SPEAKER_00

Shells look like you all tanned up already. Summer barely started shit, you know?

SPEAKER_07

Like, like, yeah, like I don't know.

SPEAKER_05

I I'm I'm scared. You want to talk about tants? I'll not go there, Kessa. No, no, no, no. No, but like people. I think that I think the winter tanter, bro.

SPEAKER_04

Oh my gosh. See, it just gets worse. And it's still good. It just gets worse.

SPEAKER_01

No, yeah, like okay, what you're talking about, like um people's appearance and stuff, but I'm scared to do that. Or like, or like if if you say um something about like like Inkle Wander, you know, like just joking around, you know? Yeah, like people will be like, oh what the hell? Yeah, yeah, he's jacked up. Or like stuff like that, you know, like people get like I don't really wanna. I don't know. I just think anybody's feelings. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

That's what that's what a battle is, you know, road battle. It's gotta come in ready. It's gotta come in ready, you know. It's just that's that's why I asked.

SPEAKER_01

No, no, anything. Well, everything was our.

SPEAKER_05

But if you write it, it takes longer than that.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah, yeah. It does, because you have to think about it.

SPEAKER_05

You know, structured hair, like, you know, you listen, yeah. This is what I said on Monday.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah. I heard him say this on the podcast, and then you're just thinking about that and everything, and then you know, living in the moment's actually one of the ones that's just like, yeah, freaking, you know, like you're so fat, you know, the whole church couldn't even lift you afraid.

SPEAKER_07

What?

SPEAKER_01

Oh my god! Okay, hey, now wait, now YouTube go at it, oh, and I'll do the timer. You guys are good, so you guys get two minutes. And also, Shells, he sings too, yeah, and he raps too, so that's why he's good, and that's why that's why hey, that's why I'm just choking on my lyrics.

SPEAKER_05

Yep.

SPEAKER_01

Yep, and I remember at Dino's you were really rapping too. And I remember when you guys were both selling um merchandise over in the back outside of Dino's. Yeah, I think that's when I first met you guys.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's right, that's right.

unknown

Heck yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yep. So I already knew he was MC, so then that was I already knew I was cut.

SPEAKER_05

Respect for coming in and taking the challenge and taking the L. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

There's not a lot of people that can do that for real.

SPEAKER_02

So respect, Kessa. So good job, Kessa.

SPEAKER_05

Good job, Kessa.

SPEAKER_01

Now, Charles, can you look at those corn dogs?

SPEAKER_04

Oh the glisses.

SPEAKER_02

And as we you know, like after after everything, but you just before Shells got here, we're talking, and um, we got some questions in. And and uh I was sent quests as a man said some people really do take the podcast like literally, man. Like it's freaking crazy mental. I got I got this email in from this dude. So I went back and I listened to the old uh the podcast we were talking about.

SPEAKER_07

I just kidding.

SPEAKER_05

I think it's your tow truck bringing your car.

SPEAKER_07

Apologies, apologies, one call shows list so look for Kessa on TikTok. My go go file!

SPEAKER_04

Oh man.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, that's it. No more. I'm really getting pissed off now. Shit! I'm just kidding, I'm just kidding.

SPEAKER_02

Some people, you know, they they they they don't understand, man, the concept of the podcast, of it being a comedy podcast, you know, and just sharing life experience. So the last podcast, I had to go back and listen to the last podcast and what I said. And um we're talking about, remember like uh our fits, our favorite fits. Um, looking at yours, you know, you like to see female, and uh well, I don't want to see you looking at females because you know you you you faithful, you know. Um how you like to see, you know, in that in that nature of like a big fat at the bottom jeans and stuff. And mine was, you know, jeans and heels. And I got an email from this dude, man. And he was just like, uh he was like, so you would you would want your lady to dress like that every single day. And I'm just like, I had to go back. I had to go back and listen to the podcast. I was just like, I didn't say that. Like I was like, I didn't say that at all. I just said that that was like a fight that I would I I'd like, you know? And I was like, man, this dude taking it so literally, man, about it. He was just like, I don't know about you, man. He's like, I wouldn't want my lady dressed up like that every day, makeup did, hair did, outfit checked. I wouldn't want my girl in jeans and heels all the time because some dude's gonna be looking at her. Hot teaching, what the fuck? You know, I was just like, I said that's crazy word. What I like, you know, like not every day, you know, like okay, cool, like every once in a while, yeah, but not every day. Like, and man, I was just like, sometimes you get dumb, dumbass emails like that, man. You know, guys that are just insecure. We're talking about insecurities, you know, guys, man. Like, like I said, man, if you have a hot girlfriend, like fucking take that. She's with you, man.

SPEAKER_03

She's with your dumb ass, man. You know, fucking let her let her dress like that, man. Show her off, man.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, it's it's giving 90-day fiance.

SPEAKER_05

That reminds me, bro. It sounds like a sounds like a jealous dude, honestly. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

That's what I said. Insecurities, bro, jealous.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, and I was telling Kessler, I was like, man, that's it. It's a good it's a good thing that she's here. Because a lot of the times when we when we um answer the questions like on relationships, it's just me and shells. You know, let's answer one. So, all right, so yeah, same thing. Okay, this right here. So, okay, so if a guy, you so let's say you're in a relationship. Are you in a relationship? No, no, bro.

SPEAKER_01

Hey, our uncle, did you hear that?

SPEAKER_02

She's single, so come at her.

SPEAKER_01

Hold on, hold on. I am not about to repeat history. This is a new summer, and this is I ain't gonna be shacked up last summer like I was. Oh wasted my time.

SPEAKER_02

So, um, so that same question, like uh that that we asked, like, what was yours like as far as like like if you saw like what was, I guess you could say, I don't know, how how did we word it in the last podcast? Um what was your like I guess you could say 90s fit or even now? Like, how do you like to see a guy dressed up? Like, as far as like you see hip hop-ish, chill, cowboy-ish.

SPEAKER_01

Hey, you already know. Yeah, cowboys, man. I'm sorry, but I thought I thought you said TK. Hey no, no. Um, I think like right now, right?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, cowboys, cowboys. So, so with that, um, when you say cowboys, are you talking about like full-blown cowboys, like a ranch cowboy guy that actually does work? Yeah, is it are you just talking about um Rodeo Cowboy?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, uh, like an all-around.

SPEAKER_02

A man bunny.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, no, like an all-around. Like, I have this one friend. Nay, we're not gonna mention any names. But damn, he's an all-around cowboy. Like he dresses like it. He has, you know, like he's a rant man, he has horses, like he he knows how to play like um like in a band. Yeah, like I'm not gonna say a band, a but like he knows how to do like like different like instrument things, you know, yeah, yeah. And then he he he has a really good, like like he knows about cars and stuff.

SPEAKER_02

So yeah, I guess I mean if it really had to be A. Yeah, but but would you um I guess in a sense, would you want him to be like that every day? Like, I mean, I'm pretty sure he dresses like that when he has like and stuff, and then when he has to do like a ranch ranch tour, but then like when he's just chilling and stuff, he's like if he's just like in sweats and a t-shirt or whatever, like would you would you want him to dress that way like all the time though? Like just to be around you.

SPEAKER_01

No, no, I would still like him as as if he was in sweats. Well, no, because I did see him like in hey dudes and like jeans, okay, and you know, like not dressed up, or like when I see like his ew, sound like a stalker. When I when I see him like his face Well, because we went, well, we kind of went like went to the gym a few times. Okay, and like he was like in um like short pants, you know, of course like like workout gear and stuff. But I mean, even that, I mean, yeah, that's so weird. Okay, that guy is very insecure, yeah, yeah, yeah. Because to think about it now, like, why would you want to be dressed up like that all the time?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, I mean, I mean, like I said, like that was that's something that would catch my eye, you know. It's an eye catcher. Yeah, yeah. If I saw it, I'll be like, damn, you know, that that'll take me back to Shanti days, you know? But you know, I I know I know some females, they they dress up, you know, they get dolled up and stuff like that for their for their uh what do you call it? Um for their confidence, you know? Oh yeah, stuff like that. Makes them make some you know like confident stuff like that. And that's cool. Like like I support all of that and everything. Um but you know, with a guy that's like that, I'm just like, man, that just sucks because you're not allowing her to be that confident, I guess.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, especially if you're feeling like that. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

I'm like, yeah, because you know, like like for me, like if I had a baddie, like yeah, I'd be like, fuck, like why show her off all the time, you know, like take her out and introduce her and like just claim her as my wife, man. You know, like like just uh just all the time like that, man. And yeah, then it was I was thinking about it and I was like, I was like, I didn't say that. So I had to go back and I'll listen to the podcast, and I was just like, ooh, man, like, yeah, man, you're freaking insecure, man.

SPEAKER_01

Insecure, bro. Man, and so I'm just all smad, man.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, man, I'm probably probably gonna lose a listener and he's probably gonna email back real bad in and tell all his friends not to listen.

SPEAKER_01

But oh man, well shows we're roasting.

SPEAKER_02

Like a corn on the cob. And then and then with with with that, like I guess you can say kind of along that sentence uh that that uh that line too, like um like um um oh it goes back into almost almost his fit and stuff like that. So we got we got an email long, long, long time ago. A while back. But since you're here, you can probably help us out. But and I and I know Shell's is a shell, this is Shell's professional, you know, but for a female. Does blue collar matter?

SPEAKER_01

What do you mean?

SPEAKER_02

Like you know how some girls Oh gosh, they run after like oh blue-collar guy, blah, blah, blah. Like travels and stuff like that, but you know, for a female female. Because I know Shell the way the way Michelle does it because he's a family. Yeah, yeah. He has good money in it, and he's fucking good at it, you know? He's he's uh he's a pro at what he does, you know. But there's some some females that are like, oh, I can't date him because he's quote unquote not blue-collar. Oh, okay, that's weird.

SPEAKER_01

That's like stereotyping. Yeah. And that's kind of just like a red flag. Hey, you know, like what the hell?

SPEAKER_02

Like so, so you would date a guy that's working at Burger King, uh that's dressed as a cowboy? No. No, stereotype.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, okay. I thought you meant okay, shallow. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Okay, that's it.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, okay. You set back all the ladies a thousand years. No, this is what I meant.

SPEAKER_01

This is what I mean. Okay. When you ladies are done, please let me know. No, no, great. No, no, no. What I meant was some of these ladies out here, they are like really looking for people like chills, hey, that are like, you know, oh. I won't date them if they're not blue collar. Or I won't date them if they're not electrician. Oh, I'm not gonna date them. You know what I mean? That's that's what I thought you were talking about.

SPEAKER_04

That's what I thought you were talking about.

SPEAKER_02

I didn't know you were talking about because it goes it goes align with with this. And um, I had I had a talk with a good friend of mine too, and and um you know, we're just talking about about uh it kind of goes into our next our next question too, um about where we thought we were gonna be as kids.

SPEAKER_01

Oh shit.

SPEAKER_02

You know, like like how um when we write it when we write an essay or whatever, like oh, I wanted to be this, I want to be that and be this, you know? Um like I have mine sitting up there and and I'm I'm not I'm not near where that is at, you know? Um and and I'm I never thought where I would be in my career is where I where I was gonna be because um I wanted to follow in my dad's footstep as being a mechanic or um what do you call it, a machinist, you know. My dad worked at um in in APS as a machinist. My freaking dad super smart was super smart at math and everything, and then my brother was going into that too as well, you know? But me, you know, I'm I'm in IT, you know, computers and everything like that. So it's like the total opposite. And I always thought to myself, like, like kind of like I said, you know, it was like it's like a small insecurity, but not a big thing. Because, you know, my my profession pays me a good a good amount, you know? I I got shit to show for, you know? And uh, but I guess in my mind, I I was always I was thinking about this too as well, of like, um, if I would have, if I would have taken that route, would my life have been different, any different than it is today, you know? Like, would I have the things that I have, would I have journeyed into marriage, divorce, a child, and all this other stuff? You know, like like I was thinking about that. So I guess the question is for both of you guys, like did you guys are you guys do you guys felt like you took the path that you guys wanted to as a kid?

SPEAKER_01

No, no, end up in county too many times. Are we talking about fifth grade essay? I only put one time on there.

SPEAKER_05

I didn't know I only wrote the essay one time.

SPEAKER_01

No, for all, I okay, yeah. When I was younger, I never thought I would end up in jail. Uh for real, dead ass.

SPEAKER_02

And I and so what was your what was your like I guess you could say ultimate goal, like career-wise, life-wise, like so it was back and forth like being I don't know what the hell.

SPEAKER_01

I thought I wanted to be a dentist, and then growing up, I was like, whoa, that's a lot of stuff, you know? Yeah, and then of course, like at going into like service, like Marines.

SPEAKER_04

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

So, but yeah, so it's so different now because of the stuff that I do.

SPEAKER_02

Hey, I'm gonna say what do you call a doctor that dropped out of doctor school?

SPEAKER_01

You're joking me. No, yeah, that's good. You're gonna roast me somewhere. Wait, what do you call a doctor that dropped out? Yeah. Um, I don't know.

SPEAKER_02

A dentist.

unknown

What the fuck?

SPEAKER_01

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_04

It's you.

SPEAKER_01

I thought you were talking about Dennis Yazzi.

SPEAKER_03

What about you, Chelsea?

SPEAKER_02

You um like uh like growing up, like when you when you wrote down your stuff, did you um are you are you happy with where you are in with life? Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, man.

SPEAKER_03

Oh yeah, man.

SPEAKER_02

Yep. That's cool, man. Hell yeah, man. Yeah, I was um, like I said, I was going through some of these questions and then you know, it was kind of like just circling around and then having Kessa here too, as well, you know, getting that uh female's insight on that because uh that was one of the questions from way back in the day. It was just like um this lady was um this some lady she she um she messaged in and she was talking about a relationship, and she was like, it's so hard to find a blue-collar man nowadays that's gonna be faithful, that's not married, that's not cheating on his girlfriend, that doesn't have you know, like a bunch of baby mamas and stuff. And I was just like, So my mind, I was like, is that all you're looking for? Is a blue-collar man? You know, like there's other guys that are out there that make a good living, you know, that are that are good, you know, and but you're just stuck on a blue collar. Not that there's anything wrong with that, you know, if that's if that's what you like, that's what you like. But I was just kind of like a stereotype of like, yeah, that's what that's what you know, what influenced that. I guess. Yeah, that's what I mean.

SPEAKER_01

That's why I said it's like stereotype, or if that's like her high is that the highest standard she wants. Yeah, shit.

SPEAKER_02

You know, uh you know the old saying they always say with with guys is oh excuse me, for us guys, well, when Charles was single, hey. I thought like like we could um we could we could date down, you know? Oh like like we can we we can date down and that doesn't bother us like like as as a guy, like it doesn't bother us. Um as long as you know I guess you could say we're we're we're vibing out with that with that person that we're with, and you know, like we could date down, like like I said, you know, that's why I brought up the whole Burger King, you know? Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So then that's why that lady is single then still, because she's still searching for her blue collar, yeah, which she probably will never find. If you I don't know, man, like honestly, Loki.

SPEAKER_02

And that's the reason why I asked that because I know I know some some some girls their standards are high, which is cool. You know, you you want love for how you want to love, but I feel like ladies won't date down.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, no, honestly, because they're just gonna keep that standard and they're gonna stay there. And then Loki, like you're just not gonna find anybody, and you're just gonna be single, and you're just gonna be alone, and you're just gonna beachy, she's preachy. No, for real, that's really how it is. But then I feel like it's easy for a guy to just be like, oh hey, what's up? Like, yeah, you know, like somebody else, you know, like even if you like you said, like if they drop down from their standard or whatever, but they're still cool and like like what do you say you're like still vibing and stuff like that, you know? Yeah, but like for a lady's like, oh, he's not like this, he's too short, he does not blue collar, he's not like this, yeah, yep, yep.

SPEAKER_02

And yeah, like I was just crazy working on thinking about those.

SPEAKER_01

He does he works at Pesco. No, he only he's not even a welder yet. He's just an apprentice. You're just on the um, you just work the overnight. What is it? The one that assemble oh assembly line. He's just a tool handler. I have a story. I have a story. So my homie, the one that I ride bikes with. Yeah, so one of my friends tried to like, oh, like, like get in his business and stuff. Uh and um she's he lies because like all these females, well, because he works in the oil field or whatever, and then like the females, uh, this one female, she ended up being really nosy and saying, like, oh yeah, like where do you work at or what do you do and stuff, you know, like trying to get information, right? Yeah, yeah. Kind of like blue collar. And he's like, Oh, I work at McDonald's. And then like her mood like totally changed, you know?

SPEAKER_05

Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_01

So it's it's super weird. I'm like, yeah, it's so weird.

SPEAKER_05

That's what I say sometimes. You work at McDonald's? I work at Domino's, broke.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, yeah, and what did I say? They just look at you all like Yeah, you see what I mean? That's exactly what happened to my friends.

SPEAKER_05

And then they're all like, How do you afford that big truck then? Like Domino's, man. Uh, hustle, hustle, man.

SPEAKER_01

They're like hustle grind. You gotta get your ass up every day.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, because if if I, you know, like I'm just saying this personally, like if I saw somebody that was like freaking, you know, top tier or whatever, and I walked up to her, started talking to her, whatever, and like um, and then she told me, like, oh yeah, I work at McDonald's or even Domino's Taco Bell or whatever, I would just in my mind, I'd be like, you know, okay, so are you free Friday night? You know, oh yeah. Like, are you free Friday night? Let's go chill, you know, or whatever.

SPEAKER_01

So like if she worked at if she worked at McDonald's or like Burger King and she was like top tier, you you would still ask her?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah, and and and I'm not saying it's uh like top tier, like like her beauty, whatever, you know, she's she's all this stuff, but I'm just saying like for her, if her um attitude, personality is is top tier, you know, like it doesn't matter. Like, seriously it doesn't matter, and I'm just like, you know, even if she was she came out and said I had OnlyFans, you know, and I'll be like, do I have to pay?

SPEAKER_01

Do I have to pay this? That explains that explains why my dad's with the girl that works at Wendy's. You like hook it up with that 20 piece.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, there you go, man. Fucking those nuggets, man. And and going going along that line too. Um, like I said, I'm so glad that we have Kessy here to to answer some of the female parts because female parts are all rowdy. What are you thinking? Uh well yeah, they're um they're like I said, you know, a lot of the lot of the lot of the questions that we get in like with um with uh relationships really does come from guys and then some some some ladies too, and then some of them are always always saying, Oh, you should get a female on the podcast to answer some of these questions, you know. And like I said, we try our best to stay away from it. Yeah, yeah. There's an opportunity to do that. I'm intrigued. Yeah, like literally, because if we have you know somebody here that wants to talk about it, you know, of course I'm gonna ask. And I thought this was a good time. But you know, and and this happened to me yesterday, like legit yesterday. So I was on my way to Kirtland yesterday, and I stopped by over at Hogback, and I put in gas and everything. Well, well, I didn't put in gas yet, but I went inside to put gas in, and I got a pop and some chips, and then I was waiting in line, and there was this one this one lady that was in line, and it was kind of like a long, you know, there's a long a lot of people in there. And if you guys know hogback, um, they've gotten so bad, they're like Walmart right now, because uh they only have one cashier. Yeah, one cashier working. So this lady was kind of holding up the line, and she was, you know, like she she kept trying to use her card, her car kept declining and everything, and she just kept saying, Oh, I got money, I got money, you know, all this stuff. And people behind me were getting mad. Like people were behind me getting mad. Even the cashier said to her, like, like, um, hey, did you want to move out of the way? Let me get everybody else, and then we'll come back to you, you know. And uh, I'm just gonna say it. She was pretty girl privileged. Um, she looked attractive. Um, she was fit, you know, um, had on her summer gear. Uh, not that I was looking, but you know, we interacted, so I had I had to talk to her and I had to look at her, you know. Um, and it was only like I think it was like 475 or something. She got like a water and I think it was like uh like a candy or something. And so she was trying, so I went up there, just being the nice guy that I was, you know. I went up there and I told her, I said, I'll I said I'll take care of it for you. I said, I'll I'll take care of it for you. Because I was getting impatient too. I was like, shit, bitch, move back the way you don't have nobody. Just put it back. Put it back, yeah. Just say that he didn't give you child support. Put it back, yeah. Just you know, if you don't want to come out, bring your E T card out. But but yeah, so I went up there and and I and I told her and and I told her, I was really nice to her. I told her, I said, hey, I said, I'm sorry. I said, I'm kind of in a hurry. And I said, uh, can I can I just pay for my stuff, my gas? And I said, I'll I'll pay for your your items, you know? Like I said, it was getting cold. No, for real. No, I really didn't have hot dogs. And and yeah, it was only like 475 or something. And and um, and she was like, she just looked at me and just kind of threw that out there like like um she said, Oh, you must do this for a lot of girls. And I looked at her, and I kind of looked at her like Oh hell, I kind of looked at her like, oh, I was like, I do this, you know. I was like, you you need some help. And I said, I don't mind paying for it as it's only a couple bucks or whatever. Okay. And she was like, Oh, you must do this for a lot of girls. Bro, that is perfect. I was like, I'm like, what the heck? I'm just trying to be nice. And then she and then after I paid for it, um, I gave her the receipt because I was just like, Oh, you can keep the receipt, you know, just in case it tried to hell no, whatever, you know. And then she when when I gave her the receipt, she was like, Oh, what, you want my number now? What yeah? And I looked at her and I was like, No, I said, I'm just giving you the receipt. I would have snatched that drinking candy so fast, and I was like, What the fuck? You know, and so I gave her the receipt and I just walked out. You know, I just walked out, and then I was putting in gas, I was putting in my gas and everything, and I was just I was just sitting there, and she goes and she goes to to a vehicle, and there was a vehicle of like girls or whatever, and she was like, Um, they were talking, you know, girl talk or whatever. The vehicle comes by, the the windows roll down, and then the girl that was driving, she was just like, Oh, thank you, thank you for buying my friend's stuff, you know. And then she was like, Do I need to pay you back? And I told her, I said, No, I said you're fine, you're fine. And then the same thing happened. That girl said that too. She said, You must do that for for every for all for all cute girls.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, so why are you assuming yeah?

SPEAKER_02

And I was like, Okay, um, I was just first off, I was just trying to be nice. I wasn't trying to hit on you, I didn't even try to talk to you or say, hey, what's up, what's your name, blah, blah, blah, this stuff. I just said that, you know, I'll pay for those for you, I can I'll help you out, you know, because you're fucking holding up the line, you know? Fuck, you just told her that. I'm like, bitch, move.

SPEAKER_01

You're like, no, I'm not being nice, just in the way.

SPEAKER_02

I guess from a female's perspective, like, well, what's that about?

SPEAKER_01

Like, what exactly? I think it sounds like she did that shit before. Yeah, you yeah, but it sounds to be that way, and then like the way you described her, uh, she probably thinks like she can get what she wants, you know. Okay, okay. So, yeah, so she probably have tried that with many other men. Yeah, and then thinking she can get free shit. Hey, for real.

SPEAKER_05

She's all example, that's why I'm here.

SPEAKER_01

I didn't think Charles brought anything in. Except for his crops.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, so so afterwards it you know.

SPEAKER_01

That is so weird, and she's being snotty and rude. Yeah. After somebody, it's like it's like, you know, trying to get like gas. Yeah, yeah, exactly. Asking some asking, like you took your time.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, because there's there's sometimes too where I've been I'm gonna put her in a chokehold where where I've been at, you know, like like anywhere. And if I see somebody that that needs, you know, something paid for or whatever, like it's not even a thought in my mind. Like, okay, cool, I'm gonna help them out, you know? And I don't ever want anything in return, you know. I'm I'm not looking for anything in return. And like I've I've seen shallows do it before, like when we come back from Gallup, you know, um, buying people, you know, at homeless people something that's to eat, you know, and stuff like that. And and so, so I know, like, I know my intentions, you know, and my intentions were just to oh bitch, get out of the way. You're holding up the fucking life.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, Dollar General. Yeah, there you go.

SPEAKER_02

It's Cash App.

SPEAKER_01

For real. Yeah, so yeah, what I think is like, yeah, she tried that move before, and like she thinks that you know, she just cause like how you described her and stuff, yeah, that she can just get stuff like that, you know. Yeah, and like like and then thinking maybe like she's probably on the hunt, you know?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And then, oh let me get this uncle.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, but uh, but you know, after after after she um after they left, like, yeah, it was a full uh car full of girls, like uh, you know, I don't know where to record or whatever. And even that girl that was driving said that too, you know? And I was just like, it just made me feel weird afterwards, you know. I'm just like, damn, okay, cool. Like the the mindset of some females, some females, some females. I'm saying some females because I know somebody's gonna oh some females, the mindset of some females, and and I get it, some females have been damaged to think that in past relationships, you know, toxic? Yeah, yeah, like like PTSD. Yeah, exactly. So I don't I don't mind those females, but they're a little different than the snotty females. You just don't never know. At least they'll tell me, you know, or they'll say something like like, oh, you know, like I've you know, nobody's ever done that for me because I came from a bad relationship. I'm like, oh okay, cool.

SPEAKER_01

And not not that I'm again, you know, like it it made me feel like they could have just said, Oh, thank you so much, like, oh my card wasn't working. Yeah, right.

SPEAKER_05

Sorry, I'm sorry I was broke.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, for real. And then just go about your day.

SPEAKER_02

Don't try to freaking with um when I went to Kirtland, you know, I was over at the Dollar uh Dollar Tree, and and then it just it made me feel weird because there was a lady there again, she was kind of an older lady, probably about maybe 40, 50, and she was having the same issue, you know? Like uh, but this one, I mean, she she eventually got her stuff because the the the card tapper wasn't working or whatever, you know, and it kept declining. And I was gonna do the same thing again, and then like um in my mind, I just kind of got like got a little insecure, you know. Well, can we get some pizza then?

SPEAKER_03

I mean, I mean you guys been there, you guys. I'm joking, I'm joking.

SPEAKER_02

So, you know, I like I like I always say I take care of family, you know. I just does the same thing with me, I do the same thing with Kessa, and she does the same thing with me too, as well. So Denny's she gets possessed at Denny's.

SPEAKER_03

I was so sick, and I don't hey. I was like she gets possessed at Denny's ready to call my baby daddy.

SPEAKER_02

She misses him and all this stuff. That was crazy work, right? Yeah, yeah. But yeah, it was it was just like it was one of those things, and I'm just like, you know, if you guys know me personally, like I do stuff out of the kindness of my heart, you know? Yep.

SPEAKER_01

Um, no bad intentions.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, if you like something and you say, Oh, I want that or whatever, and I hear you talk about it, cool, I'm gonna go get it for you. You know, it's not a problem for me. Like I've always said, damn, I've been blessed, like to have a financial structure, I guess you could say, you know, and that's me. I'm not even trying to brag about that, but um, I'm like, man, you know, like I've I've worked my ass off for this, you know? And to ab to be able to bless people is like a freaking, it's it's it's um, I love it, you know? Dang, like it's cool, man.

SPEAKER_01

She just took it the wrong way.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, man. And I was just like, and I was like, why is she looking at you like that? You know, like I wasn't even perving out on you.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it sounds like her. Hey, another insecurity time.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah, man. Fuck.

SPEAKER_01

First the guy, now the lady.

SPEAKER_02

Y'all, man. Uh, let me see. And then also, um, oh yeah, we had uh um I had another guy or a lady that did that timed in with like me and Shaw's always talked about this already, but from a female's point of view, I guess you could say, um, it says, My man has social media but doesn't add me or ask to add me. Should I be worried?

SPEAKER_01

Yes, yes, you should.

SPEAKER_02

Okay, okay, so for this one, I responded. I never respond, yeah. I never respond to emails, I just get the emails. So I asked her, is his profile on private or is it public? And she said, his Snapchat, his Facebook, and his Instagram are on public. Oh, okay. But she said she's still worried that he might be messaging people or because she said that they the only pictures that they he showed on his social media is not with her face or anything like that. It's just like they're holding hands. Oh, you know, they're kindergarten stuff. Yeah, yeah, kindergarten stuff. So in my mind, I was thinking, okay, cool. Maybe he wants to keep that private, like he doesn't want to show off his girl. Because there's a bunch of dickheads out there that would chase after your girl, you know.

SPEAKER_01

Or, yeah, or it could be private, like there's one he just wants private things. Yeah, so you know, I was I was just but maybe she's worried, like she's insecure. Damn, man, you heard it, so come after Kessa. Or I don't like, I don't know if that's an insecurity thing, but like what do you think about that though?

SPEAKER_02

Like for me personally, like um there was a time where I was stupid with Snapchat, you know? And like I've I've learned this was years ago, you know, and it was I talk to um I have a habit of talking to my friends like they're just guy friends. Yeah, you know, like I text you dumb shit, you know. Yeah, no, we text each other dumb shit. We text each other dumb shit, you know. My best friend Kayla, like like we text each other dumb shit. So in my mind, I was thinking like, and and and I never saw it as as a disrespect, but when when it was found out and it was brought to my attention, I was just like, oh shit, like I didn't even think about that, you know. Like I didn't I didn't think that that me saying inappropriate things to another female or another guy or whatever and was was demeaning, you know, insecurity because I was always no because keyword as as you know, she's like shit. I need to respect her, you know? Oh, because like I said, you know, I I talk to everybody the same, like like it doesn't matter jokes or whatever. And so when that was brought to my attention, I was like, oh shit, okay, this is for this is hurtful, you know. Like I didn't see it like that. So I guess from a guy's point of view, like um, because for me personally, I'm a private person, you know. I like to keep that person to myself for a little bit before showing her off to the world, you know? Because me Shells, we know some homie hoppers. Talk about some friends that as soon as as soon as you introduce somebody I've been I've been telling you about my stuff. Yeah, yeah. Shells know. So we have some friends to where where we introduce them to somebody, they fucking become investigators. So they investigate that person. This happened to me before, you know? And uh the After they found out who that person was, when they seen him out and about, they would co go to him. Oh, where's Mikey? Where's Mikey? Oh, yeah, what's up? Damn, make sure you're not around. Yeah, yeah, exactly. So for me, like I said, for me personally, you know, like I I don't care if that person has social media or whatever, you know. Um but I always say, I always say, if you're posting pictures or if you're sending, if you're posting those same pictures that you're sending to me, don't even send it.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Because other people saw it before I did, you know? Like, uh, you know, but if it if it's just for me personally, like, okay, cool, like I'm all for it, you know, like like whatever, you know. But like I said, I would never tell anybody not to have social media, you know. That's that's their own conviction, however they're using it, you know. Um but for me personally, like I said, I'm a private person. Like I want to keep that person to myself for a while, you know? I want to enjoy that privacy to where when everything does come out and we're we're full blown out and about or whatever, you know, it I don't have to, it's like I don't have to worry about it, you know? Or I don't know if that makes sense. Yeah, yeah. It makes sense. But yeah, having that personal relationship um um is is uh I I I like that more because you know, like like when I'm with whoever, um, I'm totally different, you know, I'm soft spoken, I'm nervous, I'm shy, and stuff, and it's totally opposite of who I am. He's not cranky, he's not yelling at us. Not that it has anything to do with the other person and and being two different people. It's just you know, being respectful, you know, like being respectful in that moment with that person. So, you know, it was just like um, I was just like, man, bro, I don't know, man. Like, you know, not bro, but I I just told her, you know, that like I said, that was the first time that I answered back an email and just asked her, like, you know, like well, is it private, is it public? And she said it's holding, and she says she's able to see the the um pictures that he posted of them by just holding hands, you know. I wonder intimate moments, not intimate moments, but just like um let's say um like uh I'm just using this as an example for Valentine's Day, you know, him giving her flowers, but they're not showing faces and stuff like that, you know. And she was just she just asked, like, you know, should I be worried?

SPEAKER_01

Okay, so she's just saying, like, if she's worried, uh he's not she's not friends with or they're not friends with each other, yeah, but it's public.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. And and then and then in my mind too, I was thinking, I should have asked her, but I didn't. But I was thinking in my mind, like, like, what if he's scared to add you because he's gonna see something that's going to with her, yeah, with her, like you know, you know what I'm saying? That that's what I thought too, you know. Yeah, he is, honestly. That's why I'm like trying to like answer it. I'm like, what? You know, like I was thinking about that, like, okay, maybe he's scared too because he doesn't want to see anything on on your page. You know, I should have told her, I should I should not should have told her, I should have asked her, you know, like yeah. So I I don't know if that if I mean I I should have said that, but yeah, maybe he's scared to see something on your on your page too as well.

SPEAKER_01

You know, how she like asked him?

SPEAKER_02

She she's requested, she said he's she's requested him and she said that she did ask him one time why, but he he didn't he didn't answer, he just locked it off. And then all he said was all he said was that you can see everything that I post.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, well, how come you can't add me as a brand? Kessa will find out for you. Hey, I will investigate. What's the name? What's the episode be undercover? Dang! Does he have Instagram? Does he have Facebook? I will add him and see what happens. Fuck.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, so I mean, like like I said, you know, it was kind of like a catch 22 video. Because I don't know. Um, I mean, if it's public and and people can see it, then I don't think she should worry. But then again, you know, from a guy's point of view too, as well, like what if he's um you know, what if he's uh like um oh shit. What if he's um like uh like a private person? Yeah, like a private person, you know? What if he's um what if he does yeah, if he doesn't want to see anything that's on your page, yeah, you know, like like what if what if there's a picture of her on there that she sent him good morning or whatever, then it's on her social page. So what was the purpose of her sending it to him?

SPEAKER_01

When social media already seen it?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah, when social media already seen it. Like, like, you know that's crazy work.

SPEAKER_01

Like Oh no. No, he's hiding something. Yay! I'm just kidding. That is crazy though. That's a hard one, actually.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Especially if it's public and if he already if she already asked about it.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Man. But yeah, that was that was one of the questions.

SPEAKER_01

Just keep asking him. Yeah, just keep asking him. Just keep grilling him until change your profile pic.

SPEAKER_02

And then along along that line, too, is um like like me, you know, me and Shaw's answer this already, you know, about about a relationship or whatever, is um how important is it for a female, like as far as uh consistency, consistency communication, like um Oh my gosh, I have a story for you.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, tell the story, tell the story. Okay, okay. It's it's cool to be consistent, like you know, just casual. But fuck, if they're like calling you because you didn't answer because you're busy, and I think this is the chaos telling you about cross arms, okay, cross arms, shorts in the back. Okay, but damn, like when I wouldn't answer my phone, he'd call, call again, call again, like two, three minutes into between calling, calling, and then texting, texting, and I'm like, bro, what the hell's wrong with you, bro? Like, and he would call all the time, and I got so fed up, and I was like, dude, you call too much, like chill out, bro. And he got offended by it.

SPEAKER_03

Oh shit.

SPEAKER_01

So I mean, as far as like being consistent, like it's cool and stuff. Yeah, like, oh, what are you doing? You know, like just like cool, you know, like casual, but fuck not like asking, like, where are you going? What are you doing? No, like an obsession, but yeah, is that like an obsession? I get I I would think so. More so it sounds like possession. Ew. No, honestly, like yeah, like jealous insecurity.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because for me, like like I've said, you know, in in prior podcasts, like I can be clean, but not to the extent of where it's like like that. I'm not gonna be able to. You know, me wanting to be around you all the time is is is what I mean. You know, me finding an excuse to go see you all the time or whatever. That that's um, I guess that that's my form of consistency or whatever. But but if you if you told me, if you tell me like, oh, you know, like maybe I'm busy tonight or whatever, or I'll call you back later. I'm like, cool, okay, cool, you know, like and and then I'll I'll leave it. I'll I'll leave it alone. I won't, I won't, whatever, you know. But I guess on my part too, I like to be asked what I'm doing. You know, it's weird.

SPEAKER_01

I think that's uh different thing for like for like specifically for somebody. Uh-huh. I think for me it's different. You, it's different.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Shells, uh chills, where you uh second in right now.

SPEAKER_03

Oh shit, that reminds me, I gotta text her.

SPEAKER_01

You went out of shipwreck lines now.

SPEAKER_02

But yeah, that but for me, like that, like that's what that that's how I am, you know. Um like I said, if if um if you keep me in, I don't want to say if you like you need to or anything like that, but shit, like I said, I I would find a I would find time to if you weren't busy today, I'd find an excuse to go to Farmington and then just be like, hey, baby, you know, like let's go to dinner tonight or whatever, you know. And then if if I mean if I get a no or I'm busy or whatever, I'm not gonna get hurt, you know? Yeah, I'll be sad because I want to hang out with you, I want to spend time with you, but I won't get hurt to the point of where I'm just like, who is he? Who you fucking around on me?

SPEAKER_04

Like, Loki, it's so crazy.

SPEAKER_02

And then and then that gives me this sounds so cheesy, and that gives me the opportunity to miss her even more, you know? Yeah. So the next time that I've seen her, like, bam, it's on.

SPEAKER_01

You're just really in your fields. That's why I don't like relationship questions. Yeah, that's crazy. Yeah, I think it's just different for everyone, like the consistency. Like, if you're cool and stuff and chill and like don't blow up my phone, shit, or like you know, just cool, you know, it's cool. Okay, fuck if you're calling like just because I didn't answer, yeah, or saying I'm going over here and asking if I'm home yet. Damn, bro, give it a moment. Oh my god, oh my gosh, and then okay, okay. I got so sick last summer. Like, you know how like when it turns into spring? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Or summer, yeah, you get sick, sick. Like, I was sick, sick. Like, I had to go to the hospital.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And they, yeah. Ibupro well, not um, not ibuprofen. What is that?

SPEAKER_02

Fentanyl.

SPEAKER_01

Almost almost an infection. What is that? Like infection or something? Molly. Molly. Molly.

SPEAKER_04

Like an STD?

SPEAKER_01

No, you had an infection. That clears it. That clears it. The medication.

SPEAKER_03

What are you trying to do? Make sourdough?

SPEAKER_01

Ew, not sourdough. Don't have a smell. It's what is that medicine called? It's like that bubblegum pink flavor. No, no, no, no.

SPEAKER_05

We don't smoke this.

SPEAKER_01

Are you sure? Which medicine? Medication that clears infection. Like any infection. Um, I don't know. Fuck, I forgot. Anyways. But no, it's so it was like medication, whatever, because I had like really bad like bronchitis and shit. Okay, yeah. Or whatever, and I it was really, really bad. And then this guy, I he's like, oh yeah, you know, I'll be there this weekend or whatever, you know. And I'm like, bro, I'm sick. Like, I I was so sick, I didn't want anybody coming over. You know, like I just wanted to be alone, man.

SPEAKER_02

Okay, well, so oh yeah, yeah, there you go. You said it's you said it yourself because because I've I've like uh when somebody gets sick, like I'm trying to make that effort. Like, uh, do you need it? You know what? Shut up, like uh, like I I want to make that that, you know, just to make sure you're okay. So it is different with other females.

SPEAKER_01

See what I mean?

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

See, Mike just loves to this one's just in the feelings. Meanwhile, I'm off. What do you want? I don't want you here. I'm sick. What do you want?

SPEAKER_03

So so it is just different with females.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, well, I mean, with me. I don't know what kind of breed you call me.

SPEAKER_03

I'm independent for this long.

SPEAKER_01

I don't know. Oh, I've been yeah, what do you want? You know, hey Bug, slam the door, y'all sick.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, because you know, like I said, for me that that's um, I'm like, you know, even though they're they're like, or she's like, I'm you know, I don't want to get you sick. I'm like, I don't care. See, yeah. I'll I'll you know, like I'll So what do you call that? Clingy, hey I'm just kidding, I'm just kidding.

SPEAKER_03

Not you, not you. I don't know. I already said it.

SPEAKER_05

I said I was thinking of Rosa already.

SPEAKER_01

Dude, I think I think he was ooh, I think he like just dude, I can't do that, you know. Yeah, like I told you I was like single for a long time before I met him, right? Yeah, and then like all this extra shit, I was like, fuck, dude, this is annoying, bro. Like, I'm like, and then when I got sick, I was like, don't please don't come. Like, I just want to be alone, you know? Okay, like I feel sick. Please don't come.

SPEAKER_04

No, your voice. I didn't know, bro. Please don't come.

SPEAKER_01

Ew, no, I was like, and then he still showed up and I was sick as fuck, man. And then he got sick. Yeah, and then um, oh, I'm sick now, I'm sick now. I'm gonna call in. Oh, well, I already fucking told you. Yeah, and I was like, I already fucking told you, bro. And then that was it, man. Ended that quick. Yeah, I'm sorry, I can't.

SPEAKER_02

No, I'm yeah, I think yeah, it's different between the city. Yeah, it's different. Like for me, like I said, I I it it's not it's not the possessive type, it's not the the like um it's a nice, you know.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, like I like a nice guy. I love you, y'all will be right. Yeah, there's a difference at home.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, leave your ass at home, right?

SPEAKER_01

Don't answer the door, he's out there. I guess that's just different. I don't know. Yeah, between a nice guy and uh one that's insecure.

SPEAKER_02

So who uh you female that was over at fucking um hogbat, fuck you.

SPEAKER_01

Respectfully, bro, because that was trash, bro.

unknown

Man was even looking at you, man, bitch.

SPEAKER_01

And just because you just cause you thought you were pretty.

SPEAKER_06

Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And your summer gem.

SPEAKER_03

Yay!

SPEAKER_01

Okay, little Robin.

SPEAKER_03

Along that line, I've been um tiptoeing around this question for the long time. Oh my gosh, is it is it a relationship question? Uh it is. Well, it's I love these questions.

SPEAKER_01

So I do. So Nelson's quiet over there. Oh, the baby's getting sneaky.

SPEAKER_03

So this one's gonna be funny, alright?

SPEAKER_02

Oh gosh. And it says, Mike and Shells, what's up? First and foremost, want to let you know, enjoy the podcast. It's hilarious. You guys always bring the comedy. Can't wait for the roast battle.

SPEAKER_01

Oh gosh, you're gonna listen to my morning.

SPEAKER_02

Can't wait for the roast battle, but have a question. Serious question. I know that you guys don't answer relationship questions, but this one has been on my mind for a while. So if you can do me a great pleasure in answering it, I would greatly appreciate it. Ww.bluechew.co. I'm gonna hit that up right now.

SPEAKER_03

Use some of those honey packs, man.

SPEAKER_01

Come on, when you said honey packs, I'm all thinking about those stinger gels.

SPEAKER_03

You know, when you're all the bite, all swiped out, bro.

SPEAKER_02

So I guess you're gonna um join the and then and uh and then it says, but this question I've been wanting to ask for a while, me and my girlfriend slash fiance. So I don't know if you have a girlfriend and a fiance. Hey! But it says, we've been asking this question to each other for a while, so I thought maybe I'll get some insight on a podcast. But what do you think about manscaping and trimming private areas on your female?

SPEAKER_07

Like sorry, I don't really know. I'm sorry. Oh no, I was like, each other?

SPEAKER_01

No, no, but I guess like each other, like trying to shape each other? Or is it like keeping the maintenance on like I guess I guess just keeping it?

SPEAKER_02

I should have what does she have claws or what? Yay, I don't know. Um, like maybe I guess do you guys do you guys um manscaped? Do you guys um trim the hedges? You know, do you guys like the other half to be groomed in the brave in rolls?

SPEAKER_01

Never mind, oh my god. I mean, I don't think you know you're like my both you're like danger, you missed the area. No, that's so weird. I I honestly I think like if you guys are together for a while, Loki, like wait, what? You know?

SPEAKER_02

Okay, okay, let's say that you're in a relationship and you guys are fucking rabbits and you guys are like all the time, like like like I guess for you as a female, is it important for a guy to take care of himself like that? Like just not all freaking all wild owl.

SPEAKER_03

God looking like a freaking uh cobra is barely picking out. Oh yeah, you just don't care.

SPEAKER_01

That is so I don't freaking know. I don't know. I I can't do it in front of you can't, you have the lights have to be on. No, because I know Shell's gonna bring it up later. Watch when I'm not hearing we gotta do a podcast. So you yours I mean, honestly, I don't know, bro. In the past, okay, so I mean I guess as long as it's not looking all rowdy, you know.

SPEAKER_02

For you or for him?

SPEAKER_01

Both ways.

SPEAKER_02

Both ways, okay, okay.

SPEAKER_01

So I mean, I think you need to take care of yourself, you know?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, so so if you are in a relationship, it's um it's it's just kind of like maintaining, and then for him too as well, you just kind of require him that to have that.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, you know, because so for example, ingrown toenail. Hey, that one chain was trying to tell me to pull it out for him. What the heck? Yeah, yeah, dude, he had an ingrown, he's like, Yeah, can you do it for me, you know? Like, I'm like, whoa, bro, like love, but they're all right. Oh yeah, and I was like, What? You want me to pull this ingrown out? And I'm like, fuck, you don't even have the tools.

SPEAKER_02

Damn, do that suck it out like this.

SPEAKER_01

I guess that kind of I'm is that kind of like the same thing?

SPEAKER_02

I guess well he was just mainly talking about private areas, so like you know, like um you're like, you better make sure it's be cut.

SPEAKER_01

Make sure it's looking right, shit.

SPEAKER_03

What about you, Sean?

SPEAKER_01

Major standard. If you have a standard, I guess. I don't know.

SPEAKER_05

It has to be clean, bro.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_05

See, see, bro.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah. What about you? So that's the end of the podcast. What about you? Wait, wait, wait, wait, what about you? No, no, I mean, like for me, like um, um, yeah, like as a as a guy, you know, take care of yourself, trim it or whatever. Um, make sure you got a good fate. Yeah, make sure that A-line's in there. Oh, fuck the beauties up.

SPEAKER_04

Comb over.

SPEAKER_02

But yeah, I think I think for a guy, like like for me personally, yeah, like you know, keeping groom is is uh just just part of I guess you could say being a male. If if you're um, you know, one of those types that likes to take care of yourself, you know. And then for a female, for me personally, like I I don't I don't look at it too often. So uh but you know if if uh if they take care of themselves, you know, whether it's um it's trimmed or not, hairless or whatever, you know. I mean, we've all had some type of hair in our food one time.

SPEAKER_01

What was that one restaurant? See senor fuck. I have a video of it too.

SPEAKER_05

Of like the hair in your food?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, my friend videoed it, and then I seen it and I pulled it out of the enchilada. Fuck it was long ass white hair. What the heck? And it was like, fuck.

SPEAKER_02

So there you have it, my man. Um, I guess uh it is uh a two-way street, you know. If you like it clean and neat or whatever, and your lady likes it clean and neat today, and clean and neat too as well, then do it, man. You know? Just do it already. Just do it already, man. Be shy and ask that question. You know, man, but other than that, that's kind of the relationship questions that we had. And then also uh one of them was um oh they asked, um, do you guys did you guys have any nicknames growing up? If so, what was the meaning behind it?

SPEAKER_05

Nope.

SPEAKER_02

No nicknames? No. No nicknames.

SPEAKER_05

I did, but I didn't want to say chubby bunny. Honey bunny. I think she's uh when I was little or my bedroom names.

SPEAKER_01

You don't want to hear that. After Nicks. So I had one, I think. Well, when when I was born, my mom always used to say that like everyone always wanted to like kiss me when I was a baby.

SPEAKER_04

Uh huh.

SPEAKER_01

So they ended up calling me like smooch or whatever. Smooch? Yeah. Oh, that's pretty cool. So yeah, that was always one that would like Do they still call you that today? Um, no.

SPEAKER_02

Alright, we're gonna start calling her that now.

SPEAKER_01

No my gosh, that's so crazy.

SPEAKER_03

If you guys see her out, Dino's uh don't worry, smooch.

SPEAKER_01

Bang sounds all like freaking selling fit ball selling drugs.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah, but um did you ever use that tag, like growing up, like your email address, your MySpace, or anything like that?

SPEAKER_01

Nothing. But I think I think that kind of like went over, you know. Like I haven't heard that since I was like maybe eight, ten.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, okay, okay. But it was just it was just just family because everybody calls me Kessa.

SPEAKER_01

They now they know. Now they know.

SPEAKER_04

Now anti slamcle slayer.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so I'm like, yeah, so now, like, yeah, it's just always been like that since high school.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, thank you, man. Yeah, mine um mine's when I was in middle school, going into high school, and they kind of faded out during high school. Well, only like my high school friends that I see around that are so alive. Yeah, that's sad to say, man. Uh they call me peanuts, still. Um it was funny because the story behind it is uh when I when of course I was living at my mom and dad's house, our next door neighbor, we were um sitting on top of his house and we're smoking, you know, smoking weed and everything like that, getting high, and then I went, I was getting ready to get off the roof uh because I went to I was gonna go get some water. And as I was walking down, I freaking slipped and I rolled down the roof and I fell off the roof. And like my brother and my friend were sitting on the roof and they were freaking cracking up laughing. And my buddy, my buddy Alan, it was like, dude, he was like, you look like a fucking peanut rolling down. Oh my god. So that was on a Saturday, and then come Monday when uh I went to school, I I shared a locker next to Ellen. So my locker was right next to Alan. And uh and here when I got there, uh he was just like, What's up, peanut? And then everybody was like, Peanut, you know, what's up? And then Alan, he went and told the story, and then just everybody just started calling me peanut. Like everybody just um everybody just started calling me peanut. And um and uh we just um yeah, it just stuck with me. Like it just stuck with me to to um up until high school, and then after that, um everybody just kind of fizzled out. Like I said, some of my friends that I do that I do see that are still live, they still call me peanut. Yeah, it's pretty funny, yeah. But DJ Peanut. Yeah, DJ Peanut man, but uh Shells has to get on the road right now, man. He has to he works in Hullbrook, so he goes to sleep uh early. He gets up at fucking two o'clock in the morning, he's on the road by three just to get there. So don't want to keep him too late, so he's gonna head on out right now. He has to go now, man. So thank you, Shells, for being on here, man, for the roads.

SPEAKER_05

Damn, Mikey, I think I found your logo, bro.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

His logo. It's the new Kessa. Appreciate you, Shelly. What do you think for the podcast?

SPEAKER_05

You guys, um, challengers are accepted.

SPEAKER_04

There you go, man.

SPEAKER_05

Challengers accepted, man.

SPEAKER_01

It's just a cruise around the movie. Here takes your neck brace.

SPEAKER_05

I'll just leave it as that.

SPEAKER_01

No, no. I thought it was a pie in the face. Oh, wait, no, me. Wait, what was it?

SPEAKER_02

You're a loser, so you're a loser.

SPEAKER_01

Wait, what was it? I have to say what? He likes goofy dogs.

SPEAKER_05

Everybody knows how I'm talking.

SPEAKER_01

Corn dog. Hey, your new name is corndog. Already had that name before.

SPEAKER_03

Oh man. All right, we'll see you all, man.

SPEAKER_02

Be careful, man. But but yeah, that was my that was my nickname uh growing up in middle school, high school is Peanut. And like I said, you know, um friends that I still did I still see from high school still call me that today, and so it's freaking it's funny, it's it's weird though when they call me that, like uh, like uh the looks around people, you know, when they say Peanut, what's up, Peanut? And I'm just like, oh shit, are you talking to me? Getting all scared, yeah. But yeah, no, those were the questions, man. Those were the questions there. Um it was just um, yeah, just uh like I said, wanted to ask Kessa uh what um you know some of these relationship questions, because we do, we do, man. It it's the amount of relationship questions that we get in are freaking ridiculous, and that's crazy. And it's uh like relationships, yeah. All relationships, and it's either it's either good ones and some of them are bad ones, you know? And some of them are just like, oh, he's cheating on me. What do I do? I don't have no place to go. I'm like, yeah, you have a place to go. Fucking go to your mom and dad's house, go to your grandma's house, go to a friend's house. If you have siblings, go fucking over there, you know. Yeah, just don't even worry about it. Yeah, I'm just like, what the heck? And then so, bro. Yeah, and then it then and then it goes, it goes back to um, it goes back to, but he pays for everything he does. Oh my god, he pays for my bills, he pays for this and all. I'm like, well shit, we'll fucking get a job, eh?

SPEAKER_07

God, get a job or you want to get beat on still.

SPEAKER_01

I swear, if you don't like that, they act like they can't have no arms or legs. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

And it and it's hard to tell people that. Like, I mean, it's easy to tell guys that because you know, um, we're dumbasses, we're gonna go. We're gonna go. Get out. Yeah, yeah, we're we're gonna go. I mean, not like that, I've ever been like that. You know, I've never been like that. Uh, but you know, for from a guy's point of view, like we're we're yeah, we're we're gonna go. We're just gonna up and leave. Um, because you know, like I said, you know, with guys, there's it's a it's a different feel from emotional connection, you know. Um a female on our side would have to do something super, super crazy for us to go crazy and be like, shit, I'm sprung. You know, that's the person I want to be, you know, be with whatever, you know. Um, but for a girl, you know, girls, I'm not speaking for the females or whatever, but you know, you guys do have a a quick emotional connection, you know? And it's it's hard. There's some leaving. Yeah, for Kessa, Kessa has no problem just up and leaving. Oh, dude, out of there, bro. I'm like, fuck this shit. But before before you had that mentality, was there a time of where you were like that though? Like, oh must stay. I love him on mistake. Dude, my baby daddy, low-key, bro.

SPEAKER_01

I was thinking like, fuck, he'll probably change, you know. Like maybe he's just the way he is because they making excuses, maybe big, or maybe like because like he would describe he has like rough childhood, yeah, and stuff. And I'm like, dang, dude, like maybe like we're like our if we had a family, like with my son, me and him, like maybe it'll work and stuff, and maybe I'll stay a change. Fuck, dude.

SPEAKER_02

Like you were trying to heal him, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Like trying to like be there for him and talk to him and stuff, but dang, dude, like it just went off course. Same old shit with him. So I was like, I gotta get out of here, bro. Dang. So yeah, it's crazy.

SPEAKER_02

So now, so now with um with relationships, oh excuse me, my birth with relationships that you do have, um, do you have that mentality or is it have does it take like a a certain special someone now to to to make you to make you be like, damn, I want to stay.

SPEAKER_01

Damn, bro, that was that last relationship. I think I still kind of am. Yeah, my baby daddy, yeah, and then meeting this person, yeah, like it would have been a year. Oh shit. In April, it would have been April 1st.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Jake jokes on you, fucker. Oh, I just he just roused me up for it.

SPEAKER_02

So so now since the years passed that you guys, I guess, haven't been together. Is it been a year or shoot, dude? It would have been a year, huh?

SPEAKER_01

Okay, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

So, okay, so now that that do you still get those like butterfly feelings though, like like um, like when you see him, or is it just dude?

SPEAKER_01

I am so fucking scared to see him. Oh my gosh. Okay, so you know how you like you see their ride, yeah, and you're like, oh fuck, oh fuck. Yeah, yeah. And I kind of always get that feeling, and I know because he's already with somebody else, you know? Oh, okay, okay, okay. So, and then the thing is, remember when I was telling you about bikes riding bikes? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I do not want to run into them.

SPEAKER_02

And and so, with some magical witchcraft thing that happened, if he broke up with that with that girl and then just like reached out to you and and be like, hey, you know, can we give this another shot or whatever?

SPEAKER_01

What would you just be like, yes, Loki, Loki, as much as I want to fucking sock him, hey, because the way it ended, I don't know, did I tell you about it? No, no, you didn't.

SPEAKER_02

Story time.

SPEAKER_01

Oh dude, it just has to do with a lot with like I don't know, bro. Like it had to do a lot with like a passing of a relative.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And so these I I now that I know, like I think he was kind of like talking to this lady who he's with now. Yeah, because she rode bikes, he rides bikes, you know, yeah, so it was kind of like fishy and stuff. So I was like, he came back to the apartment, whatever, and I didn't answer the door because I kind of knew what was kind of going on, you know. And I was like, fuck, dude, it was like right timing and stuff. And so I just didn't answer, and then I didn't show up for that um thing that they had like family birthday thing.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, like their planning and stuff.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, I did not show up for that on a Saturday, yeah. And so he got right to wait right away to um arguing, yeah. And I said, fuck it, like right here, like fuck it, do not call me, do not text me.

SPEAKER_02

Damn.

SPEAKER_01

And I think now to think about it, there is a reason why I said that. Yeah, because how come and not even seven months ago, like you're already in a relationship, you know?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So yeah, I do not want to see him. I don't think I could do it, bro, bro. I don't think so. So even but even if yeah, even if you did come back and say, you know, hey, even if he did, I think I would be like just to talk to him, yeah, and like tell him what the fuck.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, so so you guys don't have any communication like at all?

SPEAKER_01

No, and so the last time I ever talked to him, I text him. I this was like a week after like the 16th, yeah. Damn snow's date.

SPEAKER_02

It was 7 45.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, because that happened, yeah. The next weekend I text him, I was like, Oh, are you okay? Like, I hope you're okay and all this stuff. And then he put, yeah, thanks. Damn, that's when I knew, bro. I was like, I knew it was over, and I was like, fuck, dude. And that's when I was just like, fuck. Just went glani mode after that. Fuck. And then um, yeah, so never I have not seen him and I have not talked to him. So I think if that opportunity does come, my stupid ass, I would try to hold it down, but yeah, I think I would I think I would just talk to him and be like, what the fuck?

SPEAKER_02

So with with that, was when you said you went all the line mode. How how long has it been since you've been sober then?

SPEAKER_00

Oh fuck, today's 50 days.

SPEAKER_01

Oh hell yeah. Yeah, today's 50 days. So is that like a month and a half? Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's weekend, that's dope, man. Yeah, yeah, man.

SPEAKER_02

That's cool, man. Not a lot of people can say that, you know.

SPEAKER_01

Damn, 50 days sober. Easier. Oh gosh.

SPEAKER_02

Except for today.

SPEAKER_01

Except for today. Hey, I think it's when I have my bad days, yeah, yeah. I want to think about it.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

But then at the same time, it's like, dude, it's not worth it. You went this far. Like, why would you want to go and do it and fuck it all up right there, you know? Like, like if I did have a beer like right now for a shot, I would hate myself. Damn. Because it took that long just to not drink. But I guess like when I don't think about it and stuff, yeah. Like, I'll just get on my bike and I forget about it.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, there you go, find alternatives.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it's it has its up and downs, or you have your cravings.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, like for me, like like I said, you know, like it's it's it's not that bad. Um, like when when I because I, you know, there's times where I I go to dinner by myself, you know, and I'm just sitting there and I'm having a nice dinner, like a nice steak or whatever. I'm just like, dang, how I I wouldn't mind having a beer, you know. Yeah, knowing that, you know, like I said, you know, I always sound hypocritical when I say this, but knowing that I can I can say, okay, cool, I'm just gonna have one and that's it, you know? Yeah, yeah. I'm good. You know, I I know that I can do that when I always sound like an ass and hypocrite sounding hypocritical when I say that. But you know, like, but then again afterwards, I'm just like, man, I was like, oh I'm good, you know, I'm good.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. I think um the only thing is like temptations, like with my friend.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Dude, it's still on it, bro.

SPEAKER_02

Okay, okay, so let's talk about it. So that's makes me mad. You of course, you know, your your your friend click. I I love my my circle. Like my friend Click is so fucking, you know, even you, you know? Yeah, yeah. Um, uh, they're so fucking awesome. Like when when I told them, like, oh yeah, I don't drink, I don't drink anymore, you know, you know, whatever, you know, they were so fucking respectful, they were so um like uh helpful, you know, yeah, yeah, and everything of not like hey man have a drink, or you know, why aren't you drinking and stuff like that? And then even when they asked, like, why aren't you drinking? Just tell them like when I told them, like, oh, I don't, you know, I just don't feel like it. They're like, oh, okay, cool, cool, cool, you know, and that was it, man.

SPEAKER_01

But your story is I'm like, when we hang out with our people, it's cool, man. And it's like it's just fun, and it's it's really fun and it's chill and stuff. But dang, bro, I don't know what's with my friend, bro. Yeah, she's she even my friend, yeah. But remember when I text you and I was all pissed. Ah, bro. Was that yesterday?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yesterday.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yesterday, I was like, dang. Like, she just keeps pushing it to the point where she keeps asking about going to the dances, um, like if you want to go out and this and that. And I I don't want to. At this point, now I'm kind of just don't want to.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, have you ever like just kind of jokingly told her, like, damn, I think you have a problem.

SPEAKER_01

No, I'm like, dang. I told her, I was like, dang, you should pipe down a little bit. Yeah, she didn't like that. And she didn't like it, and she's like, oh well, and then like this morning, you know, like I don't know, she kind of put or yeah, last night she kind of put someone first, you know?

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And so I'm just like, not that, like, hey, not offended, but I'm like, whatever. I didn't want to go anyways, but like she put someone else first, and um it kind of just like she's like didn't drink, you know? Yeah, okay, like that's good for you, but like what are you trying to say? Hey, or like remember that comment that I was telling you when she was like, Um, I'll dance for you, yeah. Like, or you rest up for your bike ride. Like, what does that mean, bro? Like, I didn't even say I was gonna ride the bike today.

SPEAKER_02

So she was just being low, low-key pity.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah, like like throwing in like a left hook, like, but yeah, that was a fucking brutal game, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

I don't uh I don't condone the domestic violence or anything.

SPEAKER_03

Get over here, you fucking but you fucking scorpion that shit and get over here, get over Mortal Kombat didn't even finish, bro.

SPEAKER_02

So, what did you think about the battle?

SPEAKER_01

Like, like it's it's uh Okay, I wasn't nervous, and if I didn't see shelves after until three, four years, I think I would have been alright. He's just been missing or MMI M. I think I think it's because I had to think of stuff to say to him. Yeah, but I think it's me being like, oh, that's me. Like, you know, yeah, yeah appearance. But if I knew he had crocs on, uh, there you go, man. Come on, dude. Cay just came in looking like a chain.

SPEAKER_02

He's in his dad era right now, man. Freaking finally accepting our ages, like we said.

SPEAKER_01

Shoot, you know what? I am accepting my age too. Hey, my sonny gray.

SPEAKER_02

Oh man, that was freaking cool. And we're gonna we're gonna probably have another round too. Oh, I forgot to tell you guys, go to um email me. Email me, miclis at gmail.com, M-I-K-E-L-E-S-S at gmail.com. Let me know who you guys go for. Shells, or Kessa and the roast battle.

SPEAKER_01

Please, please, for the sake of it, just say oh man.

SPEAKER_02

Ladies and ladies, you guys gotta rally, you guys gotta rally to get back. Please, man.

SPEAKER_01

It's just not fair because shells is an emcks it's just not fair because there's a war going on right now. It's just not fair because the gas prices are my car.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, go go to the go to my email address, go email me, and uh, like I said, you know, email those questions and we'll do our very best to go ahead and try to answer them. We'll I'll go through all of the the relationship, quote unquote relationship stuff again, um, and have Kessa back on. And then also we do have a another another female that said that she wants to um be on the podcast again. A very good friend of mine. So uh we'll just bring her on too as well, then just have a uh a session with Kessa and her. Roach best. Yeah, roast. Yay! No, I'm kidding, I'm kidding. All the guys.

SPEAKER_01

Oh yeah. Starting with Mike and Shells. You know what? That's the thing about it though. People get hurt.

SPEAKER_02

Yep, yep, they do, man. Yeah, and even like I said, man, that dude that was just like, oh bro, man, my lady dressed like that. I was just like, yo, man, like that wasn't even that wasn't even the question or the answer, you know. It was just like, what the heck, man? And and like I said, you know, I'm I'm I'm whatever, man. Hey!

SPEAKER_01

Like, we're not even gonna go there with you, man.

SPEAKER_02

But it's all good, man. But I respect you for listening. I respect you for if you're from Singapore.

SPEAKER_01

Oh shit, that reminds me. I was about to ask you, what's the style?

SPEAKER_02

Holy shit. Oh man, I am so pleased. I am so glad. Uh got in an email. I think it was on, let me see, let me see. Let me see uh the 19th. When was the 19th?

SPEAKER_01

August. Yeah, August. August. Oh, no, March. I was like August.

SPEAKER_02

I wasn't even paying attention on Thursday. On Thursday. Holy shit. So I got an email in from BuzzSprout um from iTunes and Spotify, and just within the um the rankings. So right now with um not downloads but streams and listens, we're sitting at fucking 50,000.

SPEAKER_01

50,000?

SPEAKER_02

50,000. Holy shit. And and then within the ranking, we are ranked number 47 right now. Fucking listen. Fucking 47, 50,000 streams, listens, and that's not even downloads. Like this, these are just the streams. That's crazy. And then within this past week, with that 50,000 that that we marked or whatever, like that, on Spotify were ranked number three. What? Ranked number three.

SPEAKER_04

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_02

50,000 streams and 50,000 views of that, and that's on Spotify. Because Spotify is our main is where people mainly listen. Listen. Spotify, yeah. Yeah, Spotify, second is iTunes, then the third one is on the website, and then um, because you know, like within Buzz Sprout, when people um look up um podcasts and stuff like that, they search, you know, and then when people can't find our podcast, they type in Word Around the Campfire. So within our Apple podcasts, and then within Spotify, um, people that search uh Word Around the Campfire for Apple is we're ranked number 14. Dang, that's for people searching, for people searching on i uh iTunes, the pod uh i iPod podcast, whatever, and then with Spotify um that we're ranked number uh 52.

SPEAKER_04

Wow, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

So so um iTunes is uh kind of beating Spotify right now. But but I think um I I think the reason why we're we're ranked number 52 on Spotify is because I mean I even subscribe to the podcast on Spotify. Yeah, you know, I don't ever listen to it on iTunes.

SPEAKER_01

Oh yeah, no, I think I did a subscription just to do the Spotify.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah. So so Spotify, we're we're sitting ranked number 52, but out of the whole thing, Spotify, we we uh Spotify's killing it, and and then just for an overall overall uh what do you call it? Like um for an overall um search and everything like that, um, on the the whole podcast, this is this is on like um Spotify, um for just comedian podcasts, for Native American podcasts, uh independent podcasts, improv comedy. We are sitting at 10,000 downloads or 10 10,000 streams and 10,000 views.

SPEAKER_01

Wow. So holy cow and is that like from different um countries?

SPEAKER_02

Uh that's uh that's just as a whole, like as as a whole. Um like you know, just just as a whole. Uh so right now our ranking like on Spotify is uh a five point oh out of five. Dang so we are that that's the ranking that we have too. And man, like who would have fucking ever thought like? Crazy who would have ever fucking thought. Like when I got this email on the 19th, I was looking at it, I was like, shit, there's no way. You know, like there is absolutely no way, you know. Cause the last podcast that I done, like, we were doing good on that one, you know. And you know, with it, I mean, it's not it's not gone away, it's still there. Um, and it's still racking too as well. Um, just you know, I I honestly wouldn't think that I would move on from that podcast, you know. Um I still haven't moved on. It sucks to say, but I still haven't moved on in that podcast. Um, but this one is just a whole new journey, man. Like freaking 50,000 streams were ranked number 47, like I said, and and Apple were freaking 14, you know, and Spotify, like I said, 52 10 10k downloads within that first week, sitting at 5.0 on Spotify. I'm just like, holy shit, you know?

SPEAKER_06

That's crazy. That's really cool.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, heck yeah.

SPEAKER_06

So awesome.

SPEAKER_02

So the the next step for this one is um is uh monetizing. So that's what I don't want to do. Because with with the with the subscription that I have with the podcast, um, after you get uh a certain amount of of listeners and viewers and stuff like that, that's why I always say, you know, like, share, load, like, share, load, share, load, like, share, download, follow, subscribe, and stuff like that. Because if the if they don't if we don't meet a certain quota in a year, and then they try to monetize it to where we because we're we're ranked right now, you know. So ranking podcasts, they feel like, okay, cool, you need to pay for the subscription, you know. But as long as we hit this quota of like certain downloads in a week and stuff, and we've been smashing it, like we've been fucking killing it. So I'm not even worried about it. But it's all because if you guys, man, for liking, sharing, just sending it to your friends, families, hey, listen to this podcast, it's fucking funny, you know. Even if they listen to it. So the catch is they have to listen to it for at least five minutes for it to count. So if they only listen to it for like 30 seconds or whatever, it doesn't count for anything. So tell your friends, tell your family, just listen to it for five minutes. Even though if it's stupid, if it's dumb, listen to it for five minutes and then it counts. It counts, you know? So that's where we're sitting at, man. And it's all thanks to you guys. I thank you guys so much, man. You guys have been an awesome crowd. You guys freaking man, you guys show up every single time when the podcast is released. Again, this is going to be released on Monday, which is gonna be the 23rd at four o'clock. And again, we just want to thank Kessa for coming through, man, and freaking trying her best with the roast.

SPEAKER_01

I really thought I had a minute choke. You guys weren't supposed to see that, bro.

SPEAKER_03

You guys no, no, no, no, no, no.

SPEAKER_02

You guys aren't supposed to be. If Shell's in a pulled that uh that napkin holder right there, and it fell, we wouldn't have seen her cheating.

SPEAKER_01

We wouldn't have seen my um but that was fun, man.

SPEAKER_02

Again, if you guys want to be part of the roast, you guys want to take on shells as a challenge. Somebody please. Oh man, let's go, man. Me, I I I won't challenge. I'm I'm I'm out of battling. Dang!

SPEAKER_01

No, no, I'm a youth. Oh, somebody please beat Shells. Yeah, that's okay.

SPEAKER_02

And then also, also again, man, we we want to go live on YouTube. So I I just need 50 more subscribers on my YouTube channel. Just look up Mike Bitter on YouTube. Um, if you see a bigger guy than how I look now, that's me, because I was I was pretty big back in the day.

SPEAKER_01

Back in the day, back in the day, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

So go check it out, go subscribe. I don't have any videos or anything, new content on there. Uh, but just go um subscribe that way uh we can go live, and then when we do record these podcasts, we can go live on YouTube, and then that way you guys can see it in real time, and then also hear it the next day, too, as well. But other than that, Kessa, do you have anything for the crowd? Hmm, behave.

SPEAKER_01

No, I'm just kidding. Summer's here and have fun, be excited.

SPEAKER_02

There you go.

SPEAKER_01

Be happy, sun's out, sun's out, guns out. Dang, check out these guns. Damn, bro. I think um losing weight fast. Like yeah, that's cool. Almost said on my boat. On my bike. Oh, I finally got a cone bike.

SPEAKER_02
